パラヘベs are evergreen, compact shrubs not dissimilar to hebes (hence their name). Mat forming, they’re ideal for using as ground cover.

パラヘベ catarractae 「雪崩」 bears an ‘avalanche’ of white blooms with a purple ring and central green eye, from 6月e to 9月tember, contrasting well with serrated glossy green leaves. It’s an attractive, low-maintenance plant suitable for a sunny or partially shaded situation, such as at the front of a border, in a rock garden, as ground cover or even as part of a container display.
